I have been ask by Pat's family to post the following on our forum:

To all our friends far and wide and all Members of the Football Community in Nottingham. Thank You all from my heart, God Bless you for the tributes to my wonderful husband Pat.
'Thanks' to Vicky & Mark and all at Clifton All Whites. The send off you gave Pat was magnificent.
'Thanks' to Father Chris Thomas for the lovely mass and his tribute to Pat.
Our 'Thanks' also to the day Nurses an City Hospital Staff for treating Pat with so much understanding and dignity.
To Dr Howard Lewis for his help and understanding too.
To my wonderful family 'Thank You all' without your love and help along the way I could not have gone on.
Lastly may I say 'Thank You' my darling Pat for 57 years of love & happiness. I will miss you and love you forever.
